This lovely old clematis has dark bluey-purple blooms with a hint of reddish-purple along the bar when first open. A wonderful companion for your climbing roses.

The distinctive star-like blooms are a vibrant, almost shocking-pink when first open. They mature to light-pink along the central bars, with slightly deeper purply-pink along their gently undulating margins.

The light to golden-yellow double nodding bell-shaped flowers open from pale lime green buds and mature to lemon yellow with age having a delightful grapefruit scent. Blooms are most prolific in May but continue sporadicly through June. July and August.

The light butter-yellow nodding bell-shaped flowers open out to reveal striking reddish-purple stamens. Grow in a sunny position to enhance its lovely citrus-like perfume.

The elegant, deep rich red trumpet shaped flowers have paler mauve-pink margins on the reverse. A very popular cultivar and one of our favourites and on we've always had in our garden.

This extraordinary new clematis has a double green flower head with later tepals having white tips to them. Sporadic autumn flowers are double with more white than green in them. Absolutely gorgeous!

The rounded creamy-white blooms have a primrose-yellow bar when first open. Particularly good for a shady aspect and will benefit from dead-heading.

Delightfully elegant star-shaped pure white flowers have a lightly textured surface and striking red anthers at their centre. An exceptionally long flowering cultivar.

The classic star-shaped blooms are mid mauvy-blue when first open, paling to a lovely 'Wedgwood Blue' as they mature. Its contrasting pale yellow stamens add to its charm.

The dainty semi-nodding flowers are slightly greeny-cream when first open and mature to almost pure white. The variety was discovered in Hagelby Park, Stockholm, and introduced in 1998 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Swedish Clematis Society.
